7 TOWNHOUSES IN CANYET
In the Canyet neighborhood of Badalona, seven townhouses are designed sharing the same functional organization and the same commitment to spatial quality. Each house includes private parking in the basement, accessed through a shared circulation area.
On the ground floor, access from the street is provided through a front patio that offers privacy and identity to each unit. The interior layout clearly separates the bands: the access and service strip (kitchen and bathroom) and the living-dining strip, open to the rear garden. A central staircase connects all levels and incorporates a skylight at the top, bringing natural light into the circulation areas.
The upper floors follow this same organizational logic: a central service band with bathrooms and laundry, and bedrooms on the façades. The main bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and a projecting bay window, while the other two bedrooms open to the rear garden.
The whole aims for clarity in layout, brightness, and high-quality spaces, ensuring comfort and a distinct identity for each dwelling.
