In Maresme, this single-storey house is organized in an L-shape to embrace the garden and swimming pool, ensuring that all interior spaces maintain a direct relationship with the outdoors and optimal solar orientation. This layout guarantees natural lightning, cross ventilation, and privacy, turning the central garden into the true heart of the home.
The longer volume, which houses the night area, is set parallel to the street, protecting the outdoor space and providing privacy to the whole. The daytime areas, open and fluid, extend towards the garden and enhance outdoor living.
The cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure makes it possible to achieve a fast, dry, and precise construction: just five days of assembly. An industrialized and sustainable system that reduces environmental impact while bringing warmth to the interior.
