FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION AND MULTIPURPOSE HALL
The renovation of the first floor at Jesús, Maria & Josep School was guided by a clear goal: to create brighter, more open, and comfortable learning spaces for secondary and high school students. The project focused on transforming classrooms and corridors, updating finishes, ceilings, and introducing efficient artificial lighting to enhance environmental quality and concentration.
A key design move was the use of glass partitions between classrooms and circulation areas, allowing natural light to flow into the hallways and creating a sense of openness and transparency.
The renovation also introduced a new multipurpose hall: a flexible, versatile space designed to host workshops, meetings, presentations, or school events—becoming a central hub of student life.
Finally, the project required precise structural interventions, with the shoring of existing walls to achieve the new layout while ensuring safety and architectural continuity.
The result is a renewed school that embraces a contemporary educational environment—open, healthy, and designed for the future.
